HBWA Policies
HBWA provides its services subject to the following terms and conditions.
Members agree to: | Provide true, accurate and current information about themselves, their company and their proposed project(s). | | Maintain and update their Member Profile when any change in their company or their business occurs to keep it true and current. | | Post or e-mail only such information that is accurate, true and lawful, and avoid spams or posting any defamatory,
harmful, or detrimental information. | | Report immediately to the HBWA any information or action taken by other Member(s) that is not in compliance with
the HBWA Membership Terms and Conditions. | | Maintain the confidentiality of the User Name and password assigned to them, and immediately notify HBWA of any unauthorized use of their password. |
In addition, when applicable, members affirm that:
| Their company has been duly constituted and organized according to the laws of a state or territory of the United States,
Canada, Spain, and the countries in Central, South America and the Caribbean; is authorized to do business in such areas in which
it is doing business; is in good standing and in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in such areas in which it is doing business. | | They have been duly authorized to represent the company in this membership and in any other actions taken on behalf of their company. |
